By using mostpl.net (hereinafter referred to as "mostpl" or the "Platform"), you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

Mobile banking and digital wallets can be used to make deposits on mostpl.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method).

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from mostpl:

Mostpl reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal for reasonable cause, particularly in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

The following rules apply when placing bets on mostpl:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Mostpl may reject a bet if it is no longer acceptable due to odds changes.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Mostpl is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues during live betting.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is counted as 1.0.

Mostpl regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to place a specified amount in bets first.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sports.
• Multiple bonuses: Using multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted.

Mostpl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mostpl:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of results.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Mostpl may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also close their account at their own request. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn, but bonuses already used will not be refunded.

Mostpl takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe entertainment should never become an addiction.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
